On November 11, 2019, Mr. Herry Nuryanto Kurniawan and Mr. Indra Setiawan (the partners of Indonesia ABNR Law Firm) paid a visit to the office of TAHOTA in Shanghai. Lawyer Hai Bao (the senior partner of the office in Shanghai) and Lawyer Zhang Jian had carried out wide-range communications and exchanges with them on the investment practice in Indonesia, the business field and legal cooperation model that both parties had paid much attention to.

       Indonesia is welcoming Chinese investors to invest there, providing many preferential policies for boosting the economy, such as encouraging the foreign investors to own 70%- 100% stock equities in the investment fields regulated by the government; foreign exchange control will allow the free transference of the business capital.
